Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to implement changes and modifications in drawings as per their recommendations.
• Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and essential information necessary for drafting.
• Prepare precise manual and computer-based drawings utilizing AutoCAD 2D & 3D software.
• Demonstrate proficiency in producing drawings for structural, architectural, MEP, and interior designs.
• Utilize five years of experience in high-rise building construction to ensure drawings meet industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Draftsmanship or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the high-rise building construction sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D software.
• Strong ability to work within a computerized environment and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work within deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
