These interviews are typically conducted by our HR professionals to assess a candidate's basic qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit for the position. They serve as a preliminary screening process before more in-depth interviews with hiring managers or the employer.

In this critical stage LKcareers consults with the employer to review and discuss the shortlisted candidates. This collaborative step ensures that the selected candidates align with the client's specific needs, company culture, and job requirements. Candidate profile, resume, and interview feedback will be shared with the employer to make informed decisions about which candidates to move forward with.
