Pre Sales Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Engage with prospective clients to assess ISM requirements and challenges

  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored technical solutions and
    presentations that address customer needs

  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features
    and benefits of ISM solutions

  4. Act as a technical advisor during customer meetings, offering insights and
    recommendations based on industry best practices

  5. Respond to technical inquiries and provide expertise on product functionality,
    integration capabilities and implementation requirements

  6. Create and deliver compelling proof-of-concepts (POs) to demonstrate the
    value of ISM solutions in real-world scenarios

  7. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to gather
    customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements

  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging
    technologies related to ITSM

  9. Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses and other technical
    documentation required for the sales process

  10. Participate in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events to promote
    ISM solutions and engage with potential customers             


Qualifications


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

  2. Proven experience (1+ years) in a pre-sales engineering or technical sales role,
    preferably within the ISM industry

  3. Knowledge of IT Service Management principles, processes, and frameworks or
    familiaritv with ISO/IEC 20000 standard

  4. Understanding of enterprise IT environments, including infrastructure, networking,
    and cloud technologies standard

  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical
    concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented
    environment

  7. Proven track record of effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting
    deadlines

  8. Hands-on experience with ISM tools and platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC
    Remedy, Cherwell, or similar is a plus

  9. Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, presentations, and events
