Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to meet tenant and customer needs effectively.
- Supervise security and janitorial staff for a safe and clean environment.
- Monitor expenses, maintain budgets, and ensure financial compliance.
- Drive footfall and sales opportunities through strategic initiatives.
- Implement cost-reduction measures for operational efficiency.
- Plan events, engage in leasing, and promote activities to boost revenue.
- Maintain high property standards through inspections and maintenance.
- Develop and implement operational policies for enhanced efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in Property/Retail or facilities management.
- Proven track record in improving operational performance.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Age requirement: 30 to 45 years.
Salary Scale: 250,000.00 LKR - 300,000.00 LKR + Fuel
