Welder Cum Fitter

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fitting tasks according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently to fabricate and assemble metal structures.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit metal components as required.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of welding equipment and machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Key Requirements: 

• GCE O/L 
• Completed a certificate course in welding/Fitting 
• Minimum of four years’ experience in a production factory
