Administration Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with student enrollment, record-keeping, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Maintain and update databases related to student records.
  • Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
  • Work on weekends as required to support operations.

Key Requirements:

  • A Diploma, HND, Degree related to Business Management, Marketing/Counselling or AAT.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Administrative work.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
  • One full day & half day of leave per week.
