Senior Brand Executive / Brand Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing campaigns & promotions to achieve sales targets
  • Capability pf working as a team player with all divisions of the organization in crafting out plans & execution
  • Post evaluation of marketing programs executed
  • Study of marketing activities for decision making purposes
  • Identify new market segments & opportunities
  • Capability of working with external parties such as advertising agencies, suppliers, media stations and other service providers
  • Obtain consumer insights on the field which are relevant to the industry and organization
  • Ensure sound documentation processes are followed such as contracts, budgeting, invoicing etc.
  • Thorough planning at execution stage with new product development, activations, events, outlet openings, day to day operations, new brand launches etc.

Requirements:

  • Preference will be given to those who possess part qualification in CIM/SLIM or a relevant marketing qualification from a recognized institution
  • Should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
  • Age of 30 years or below
  • Should possess exceptionally good presentation & negotiation skills
  • Should have excellent communication skill both oral, written & must be computer literate
  • Should be target oriented & committed to achieving targets
  • Should be able to function independently under minimum supervision
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft office packages including excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure with challenging timelines
  • Should be flexible to work at any given time as per request of the organization
