Develop marketing campaigns & promotions to achieve sales targets
Capability pf working as a team player with all divisions of the organization in crafting out plans & execution
Post evaluation of marketing programs executed
Study of marketing activities for decision making purposes
Identify new market segments & opportunities
Capability of working with external parties such as advertising agencies, suppliers, media stations and other service providers
Obtain consumer insights on the field which are relevant to the industry and organization
Ensure sound documentation processes are followed such as contracts, budgeting, invoicing etc.
Thorough planning at execution stage with new product development, activations, events, outlet openings, day to day operations, new brand launches etc.
Requirements:
Preference will be given to those who possess part qualification in CIM/SLIM or a relevant marketing qualification from a recognized institution
Should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
Age of 30 years or below
Should possess exceptionally good presentation & negotiation skills
Should have excellent communication skill both oral, written & must be computer literate
Should be target oriented & committed to achieving targets
Should be able to function independently under minimum supervision
Sound knowledge in Microsoft office packages including excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
Ability to work under pressure with challenging timelines
Should be flexible to work at any given time as per request of the organization
