Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies align with company goals.
  • Plan and executive campaigns at head office and branches (digital, print, event, social 
    media, telecommunication etc.) to brand awareness, visiting and sales.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, rentals and media partners as needed.
  • To look at new opportunities at market places to enhance sales or eventually for 
    progressive improvement of customer foot fall.
  • Manage all social media platforms and attend to queries that come through the website.
  • Manage the agreed marketing budget, raise invoices and make timely payments as 
    appropriate.
  • Liaise with banks on seasonal promotional and installment plans and communicate same 
    to the sales force. Be available for any queries raised by sales.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and corporate policies are constantly followed and updated.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Added advantage: Holding a Master’s Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a 
    managerial or leadership role, preferably within a corporate or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
