Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements.
• Manage inventory and trading accounts efficiently.
• Attending to taxation matters, including VAT, SVAT, and other taxes.
• Maintain cash flow by monitoring payments and supporting daily accounting operations.
• Participate in the preparation of management accounts, analyzing company overheads and budgets

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 -5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Fully qualified in CA Sri Lanka and/or professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, CMA, or AAT.
• Strong knowledge and experience in handling Sri Lankan taxation (VAT, SVAT, etc.) is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
