Customer Relations Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should be able to assist customers and do customer visits.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide administrative support including documentation and reporting.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and office communication professionally.
  • Assist with office tasks and other duties assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1½ years of experience in a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 4 qualification in Computer Hardware, ICT, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Male candidates below 30 years are preferred.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Preferably candidates residing in Colombo area could apply.
  • Possessing a valid driving license and own a motor cycle are distinct advantages.
