Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a warm and professional guest experience.

Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently.

Support daily branch operations and ensure the smooth flow of activities.

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure clients receive timely and efficient service.

Handle cash, payments, and related transactions accurately.

Assist with maintaining branch standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

Support the team with other operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in client/customer handling.

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an added advantage.

Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Good numerical and cash-handling skills with a high level of accuracy.

Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused personality.
