Tender Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor tender preparations to ensure timely completion andsubmission. 

Validate completed tenders to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission. 

Prepare business strategy reports with senior managers along with data analytics. 

Foreign client communication and obtaining offers for available opportunities. 

Ensure that the organization’s ERP system is kept up to date in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. 

Prior experience in working for a tender or offer management team in the medical industry will be an added advantage. 

Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Business Management. MBA is a added advantage. 

Completed GCE Advance Level in Science/ Maths Stream. 

Attention to detail and analytical skills is a must. 

High proficiency of computer literacy in MS Office packages. 

Excellent Spoken and written English language.
