Assess operating models, customer or employee journeys and enabling technology to identify practical improvements. Design and deliver change strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact and readiness assessments, communication, engagement, learning and adoption plans.
Apply human-centred and design-thinking approaches to frame problems, gather user insights, test ideas and improve solutions.
Create concise, leadership-ready presentations, dashboards, business cases, status reports and decision materials.
Contribute to reusable consulting methods, tools and knowledge assets, while coaching junior team members and promoting an inclusive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, engineering, technology, economics or a related discipline.
Typically 6+ years of relevant experience, including substantial experience in business transformation, management consulting, internal consulting, program delivery, change or a related field.
Demonstrated experience delivering work across at least two of the following: transformation strategy, PMO or program management, operating model or organisation design, technology-enabled change, organisational change management, or design thinking.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and producing clear, decision-ready outputs in English.
