Assistant Manager Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for Existing and new services. Developing business plan, and sales strategy according to market trends.
  • Initiating and coordinating action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Providing timely feedback, data analysis and reporting to senior management
  • Active selling Services to outside customers
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Managing the Business Development/ Sales team to achieve revenue and growth plans of the division.
  • Preparing proposals, presentations and necessary marketing tools
  • Reviewing new trends, new acts in the market for new opportunities
  • Creating, maintaining and updating client data base for all potential industries locally and internationally
  • Organizing seminars and representing the company at exhibitions
  • Make and build relationships with potential clients and maintain contact for future opportunities
  • Listen to customer requirements and present and propose suitable services appropriately
  • Provide accurate revenue forecast on certification, recertification and training revenue on food and Non-food sectors
  • Provide accurate information on sales achievements and sales incentives of sales team timely manner to BM and finance department
  • Plan and monitor and review the sales visits
  • Ensure all information required for timely invoicing is available for invoicing staff.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or higher diploma in Marketing or Business Management.
  • MBA General studies is preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in sales & marketing
