Assistant Service Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement the Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Manage pre-installation requirements and execute installations. 
• Attending and completing the repair jobs within given timelines. 
• Maintaining and updating of customer files.
• Ensuring availability of all operational and technical manuals sold by the company.
• Make the availability of installation protocols for instruments models sold by the company (in relevant regions and business segments).

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
• Overall 02 years of experience in Electrical and Electronic field. 
• Strong knowledge in fault diagnosis, repairs, and servicing of electronic instruments.
• Possess a positive attitude, Hardworking, well-disciplined, and willing to work under pressure. 
• Should have valid riding and driving license. 
• Self-driven with a customer-oriented mindset
