Senior / Associate Functional Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design and document D365 solutions to meet the identified business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Configure and customize D365 applications to meet the functional specifications, including workflows, business processes, and user interfaces.
• Assist in the implementation of D365 solutions, including data migration, system integration, and user training.
• Conduct thorough testing of the configured solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements and are free of defects.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented D365 solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using the D365 solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, configurations, customizations, and testing results.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 features and industry trends, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 (D365) or related ERP/CRM systems.
• Proficiency in D365 configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of D365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
• Familiarity with D365 development tools, including Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
