Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

● Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications, user
stories, and documentation for development teams.
● Maintain and optimise our internal repository of technical skill sets and project
potential to ensure optimal team utilisation.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project allocations, track bench
resources, and assist in balancing team workloads based on upcoming
requirements.
● Identify bottlenecks in project delivery and implement streamlined workflows to
improve operational efficiency.
● Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (engineering/AI/data) and
non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
● Maintain and analyse project scorecards and resource availability reports to
support data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or
software development environment.
● Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), project
management methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and familiarity with data-driven
decision tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, excel etc).
● Proven ability to break down complex problems into structured, manageable
technical tasks.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical
concepts into business language.
● Experience in AI/ML project environments or resource management software is
highly desirable.
