Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead certification and surveillance audits
• Coordinate with planning teams and clients for assigned audits
• Complete and submit audit documentation
• within required timelines
• Ensure compliance with SGS procedures
• and ethical standards
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Support and guide junior team members
• Monitor market trends and industry developments
• Good managerial and leadership skills
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders Professional customer interaction
• Identify and support business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Degree in Food Science or a related food discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the
• food industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in
• Quality Assurance
• Experience in the Testing, Inspection and
• Certification (TIC) industry preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC and HACCP preferred
• Good IT knowledge and ability to work with web-based systems
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in continuous learning and development in the food sector
• Proactive thinking and dynamic approach
• Creative problem-solving ability
