Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Member/Passed Finalist of ICASL (Institute of Chartered Accountants Sri Lanka) or CIMA (Certified Institute of Management Accountants UK)
5+ years of professional accounting experience. Prior experience in Accounting in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., TALLY (Manufacturing Module) QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or SAP and advanced MS Excel
High level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle confidential data ethically
Self-starter, Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision
Team Player, Strong Interpersonal skills and Positive attitude
Excellent Communication skills in English and Sinhala
