SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE
Job Purpose
To support and manage key human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
● Coordinate employee performance management activities.
● Maintain HR records and documentation.
● Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
● Handle employee relations matters professionally.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
● Coordinate training and development activities.
● Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
● Support organizational development initiatives.
Educational Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience & Requirements
● Previous HR experience is advantageous.
● Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
● Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is preferred.
● Candidates with a strong track record in talent acquisition and people management will be given preference.
