RECEPTIONIST / FRONT OFFICE STAFF
Job Purpose
To create a positive first impression for visitors and ensure smooth front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Welcome and assist visitors, students, and parents.
● Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
● Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
● Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
● Support administrative and operational activities.
● Coordinate courier, mail, and document handling.
● Ensure the reception area is professional and organized.
● Assist with student registration and event coordination when required.
Educational Qualifications
● GCE A/L, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Experience & Requirements
● Prior experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or administration is advantageous.
● Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may be considered.
