MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE – STUDY ABROAD
Job Purpose
To manage and grow the study abroad division by providing students with guidance on international education opportunities and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
● Advise students regarding overseas study options and career pathways.
● Manage international university partnerships and relationships.
● Oversee student applications, admissions, and visa processes.
● Develop recruitment strategies to increase international placements.
● Conduct information sessions, seminars, and recruitment events.
● Train and support junior team members.
● Monitor conversion rates and departmental performance.
● Ensure compliance with partner university requirements.
Educational Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Experience & Requirements
● Previous experience in study abroad counselling, student recruitment, sales, admissions, or customer relationship management is advantageous.
● Strong track record of achieving targets and building client relationships.
● Knowledge of international education systems is preferred.
● Training may be provided to suitable candidates.
