Senior Executive / Executive – Student Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose


To guide prospective students through their educational journey and convert inquiries into successful enrolments.


Key Responsibilities


● Counsel prospective students and parents regarding educational pathways.
● Conduct consultations via phone, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings.
● Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
● Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
● Participate in open days, education exhibitions, and recruitment events.
● Assist students throughout the admission and registration process.
● Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets.
● Build strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.


Educational Qualifications
● Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification.


Experience & Requirements
● Experience in sales, customer service, education, banking, insurance, hospitality, telecommunications, or similar client-facing roles is advantageous.
● Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
● Demonstrated ability to achieve targets will be highly regarded.
● Passion for education and student engagement.
