SALES MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose
To lead the student recruitment team, drive enrolment growth, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of student acquisition and revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute student recruitment and sales strategies.
● Lead, coach, and motivate the student counselling team to achieve enrolment targets.
● Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and conversion metrics.
● Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
● Conduct sales forecasting and prepare performance reports.
● Ensure effective lead management and follow-up processes.
● Organize recruitment campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
● Build relationships with schools, corporates, and other stakeholders.
● Drive continuous improvement in recruitment and conversion processes.


Job Specification


Educational Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.


Experience & Requirements
● Previous experience in sales, business development, student recruitment, or a related field is advantageous.
● Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
● Experience leading teams is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
● Strong understanding of sales pipelines and conversion strategies.
