Enter and record music metadata from electronic source materials into specific metadata processing systems which are mainly used to report music royalties related information
Verify processed data to ensure accuracy above the company standards
Identify and reconcile routine and complex metadata input discrepancies
Participate in quality assurance processes to identify and rectify data-related issues
Complete miscellaneous priority tasks associated with various metadata
Provide assistance and guidance to other data processing staff when required
Support the management and other team members collectively to achieve weekly or monthly deadlines
Maintain an effective communication with team superiors and other team members
Provide support on additional company projects whenever required
Qualifications:
GCE A/Ls or GCE O/Ls with a certificate or diploma
Basic proofreading skills
Familiarity with Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Docs
Basic internet research and computer skills
Good English communication skills (speaking and writing)
Working hours:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
