Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to manage core financial operations for a Management Consultancy firm. The role requires strong capability in Financial Reporting, Stakeholder Communication, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure clear and timely financial communication.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide management with financial insights, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Maintain organized, audit‑ready financial documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Strong expertise in Financial Reporting and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
