Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to manage core financial operations for a Management Consultancy firm. The role requires strong capability in Financial Reporting, Stakeholder Communication, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure clear and timely financial communication.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide management with financial insights, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Maintain organized, audit‑ready financial documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Strong expertise in Financial Reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
