Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions and business process workshops (As-Is / To-Be)
- Translate business requirements into structured solution designs
- Prepare solution blueprints and configuration approach documents
- Design scalable workflows, approval hierarchies, and automation flows
- Ensure optimal use of platform features (low-code, workflow, reporting, dashboards)
- Minimize unnecessary customization through smart configuration
- Support pre-sales activities including product demos, RFP responses, and PoCs
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams
- Lead and support UAT activities and business sign-off
- Train key users and stakeholders during implementation
- Identify integration requirements and cross-module dependencies
- Provide functional documentation (BRD, FSD, SDD, process maps)
- Ensure alignment with compliance, audit, and regional requirements
- Capture field feedback to influence product roadmap improvements
Qualifications, Experience & Professional Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in ERP implementation, solution design, architecture, consulting, or functional analysis
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or custom ERP solutions).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, engineering, and QA.
- Experience working in Agile or structured implementation environments
- Professional certifications such as PSPO/CSPO, PMP or ERP certifications are an added advantage.

- Ability to design scalable workflows and approval flows
- Knowledge of low-code / no-code configuration principles
4. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
- Experience conducting product demonstrations
- Ability to align platform capabilities with industry use cases
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
5. Documentation & Governance
- Strong documentation skills (BRD, FSD, SDD)
- Ability to define functional acceptance criteria
- Understanding of audit, compliance, and data governance basics
