Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions and business process workshops (As-Is / To-Be)
- Translate business requirements into structured solution designs
- Prepare solution blueprints and configuration approach documents
- Design scalable workflows, approval hierarchies, and automation flows
- Ensure optimal use of platform features (low-code, workflow, reporting, dashboards)
- Minimize unnecessary customization through smart configuration
- Support pre-sales activities including product demos, RFP responses, and PoCs
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams
- Lead and support UAT activities and business sign-off
- Train key users and stakeholders during implementation
- Identify integration requirements and cross-module dependencies
- Provide functional documentation (BRD, FSD, SDD, process maps)
- Ensure alignment with compliance, audit, and regional requirements
- Capture field feedback to influence product roadmap improvements
Qualifications, Experience & Professional Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Solution Design or Consulting.
- Strong background in ERP or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience integrating automation and AI capabilities in enterprise systems
- Architecture certifications (TOGAF or equivalent) preferred
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or custom ERP solutions).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and QA.

- Design end-to-end enterprise solution architectures across OBP modules
- Ensure multi-tenant, API-first, scalable system design
- Establish reusable architectural patterns across ERP domains
- Define cross-module integration and data flow standards
2. Platform Core Services & Automation
- Architect automation-first solutions leveraging:
- Workflow Builder
- Business Process Automation (BPA)
- Low-Code / No-Code configuration capabilities
- Rules-based decision engines
- Ensure configuration-driven solutions are prioritized over customization
- Define reusable platform components and service patterns
3. AI Adaptation within OBP
- Define architectural guidelines for embedding AI into OBP modules
- Identify opportunities for:
- AI-assisted workflows
- Intelligent routing and recommendations
- Predictive insights and anomaly detection
- Smart validations and contextual decision support
- Ensure AI capabilities are:
- Configurable within the platform
- Explainable and auditable
- Secure and compliant
- Human-in-the-loop where required
- Align AI adoption with enterprise data governance standards
- Define boundaries between AI decision support and human control
4. Solution Governance & Technical Oversight
- Review and approve solution design documents
- Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments
- Define non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, availability)
- Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards
- Mentor Solution Consultants and senior engineers on architecture best practices
5. Strategic Engagement
- Participate in strategic solution positioning for enterprise opportunities
- Support high-level solution blueprinting during PoC stages
- Provide architectural clarity in executive discussions
