Job Title: Student Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective parents and students to understand their needs and goals.
• Conduct consultations and recommend suitable coaching programs.
• Follow up with inquiries and guide families through the enrolment process.
• Coordinate student evaluations, trial sessions, and onboarding activities.
• Build strong relationships with parents and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Monitor student progress and communicate relevant updates to parents.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrolments, and student information.
• Collaborate with coaches and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Contribute to enrolment and retention targets through proactive relationship management.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala and Tamil are added advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in speaking with parents, students, and prospective clients.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups effectively.
• A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service, education, counselling, sales, or client relationship management is an advantage.
