Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Officer - Call Center manage customer interactions, coordinate service requests, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal cndidate should posses strong communication skills, complaint-handling abilities, and prior experience in call center or customer service operations. 

Candidates with Tamil language proficiency and exposure to technical or service coordination activites will have an added advantages. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate customer service requests and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Resolve customer complaints while maintaining high service standards
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service coordination
  • Provide prompt updates and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Support daily call center operations and reporting activities

Educational Qualifications

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification
  • Additional qualification in Tamil language will be an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center or customer service operations

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer handling and complaint resolution abilities
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic computer literacy and record management skills
  • Exposure to technical or service-related coordination is an added advantage
