Chief Operating Officer (COO)

This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the Director, with responsibility for overall operational performance, financial governance, process excellence, and service delivery across property management / hospitality-related operations. The role will play a key part in executing business strategy and supporting future expansion initiatives.

Candidate profile overview:

  • Strong background in finance and operations
  • CA / CA Final or ACCA qualified (mandatory)
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience, preferably in property management or hospitality
  • Proven ability to lead teams, strengthen controls, and drive operational efficiency
