Accounts Executive – Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately
Handle vendor and customer account reconciliations
Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for management
Handle journal entries such as accruals, prepayments, provisions, payroll, etc.
Assist in closing accounts and resolving discrepancies
Support process improvements and maintain proper documentation
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records
