Personal Profile & Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the pet animal or veterinary pharmaceutical industry. 
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role. 
  • Strong knowledge of pet animal products and market trends. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 
  • A good team player with the ability to work collaboratively. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets within deadlines.

 

Job Objective

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets. 
  • Support business development activities to expand market share. 
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure target achievement. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with veterinarians, distributors, and key clients. 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 
  • Ensure availability and proper promotion of pet animal products across all channels. 
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and awareness programs.
