Provide day-to-day SAP Application Management support including service requests, incident management, change management, enhancement requests, and problem management (L2/L3 level).
Lead and coordinate resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and provide guidance on SAP FICO solutions and designs.
Develop and maintain documentation including configuration guides, user manuals, and test scripts.
Mentor and train junior SAP FICO team members, sharing best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP best practices to improve efficiency through automation and innovation.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support to ensure availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.
Work flexible shift hours to support global clients across regions (Australia, Asia, Europe, Americas).
Manage team tasks, allocate resources, supervise personnel, and optimize team performance to meet organizational goals.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in SAP FICO, preferably supporting global clients.
Experience in providing SAP FICO support incidents and defect resolution to minimize operational disruption.
Ability to analyze business requirements and provide efficient SAP FICO solutions.
Strong cross-functional communication skills; experience working in offshore/onsite models.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in time-critical environments.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and team management skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
Flexibility to work shifts and provide on-call support as needed for critical business requirements.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Knowledge of SAP RAR integration with SD, FICO, and SAP BRIM using BRF+ for complex rules.
Expertise in reporting options in RAR and Functional Specification for custom RICEF objects.
