Job Title: TechOps SAP Senior SD Consultant (SAP AMS)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP applications (incident management, service requests, change management, problem management) as L2/L3 support
Lead and coordinate resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, including root cause analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide SAP OTC solutions and design recommendations
Develop and maintain documentation (configurations, user guides, test scripts)
Mentor and guide junior team members on troubleshooting and best practices
Monitor system performance and drive improvements through automation and innovation
Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support when required
Work in shift schedules based on client regions (APAC, Europe, Americas)
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash (OTC)
Strong experience in handling SAP OTC incidents and support activities
Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions
Experience in managing change requests and understanding business requirements
Knowledge of defect analysis and resolution in SAP OTC
Good understanding of end-to-end OTC processes (order management to billing and payment)
Experience with SAP SD integration with modules like MM and FI
Ability to work independently in a time-critical environment
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Flexibility to work in shifts and on-call support
Nice to Have:
SAP Certification in Order to Cash
Strong understanding of full OTC lifecycle (Inquiry to Post-Sales activities)
