Key Requirements
· Assist on Developing and implementing strategies.
· Competency in HRIS system (Preferred Mint HRIS)
· Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR related inquires, concerns, and grievances.
· Actively engaged in organizing employee engaged activities
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
· Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies
· Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes as needed
Key Qualifications
· BSc Degree in HRM/ Administration from recognized university
· PQHRM/ CHRM in HRM
· Capable of working efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
· Competency in HRIS System
