Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end BPO finance operations (AP/AR/R2R) while ensuring all outsourced processes adhere to transition procedure and delivery standards.         
  • Develop, monitor, and drive KPIs/SLA performance, ensuring operational quality, productivity, and continual improvement.                                          
  • Own client relationship management through proactive communication, negotiation, issue resolution, performance discussions, and process governance.                                         
  • Provide strong people leadership through coaching, developing, and optimizing team performance to meet delivery expectations.                               
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence by identifying gaps, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing efficiency initiatives.              

 

Requirements 

  • Strong Accounting Skills & Month End Finalization Skills
  • 6+ years relevant work experience in Finance and Accounting with minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO sector
  • Exposure to Australian Accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Completed a relevant degree program or a professional qualification in Finance/ Accounting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
  • Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills
  • Willingness to work for the Australian Time (4.30am to 1.00pm) and Calendar
