Lead and manage end‑to‑end BPO finance operations (AP/AR/R2R) while ensuring all outsourced processes adhere to transition procedure and delivery standards.
Develop, monitor, and drive KPIs/SLA performance, ensuring operational quality, productivity, and continual improvement.
Own client relationship management through proactive communication, negotiation, issue resolution, performance discussions, and process governance.
Provide strong people leadership through coaching, developing, and optimizing team performance to meet delivery expectations.
Drive process improvements and operational excellence by identifying gaps, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
Strong Accounting Skills & Month End Finalization Skills
6+ years relevant work experience in Finance and Accounting with minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO sector
Exposure to Australian Accounting will be an added advantage.
Completed a relevant degree program or a professional qualification in Finance/ Accounting
Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills
Willingness to work for the Australian Time (4.30am to 1.00pm) and Calendar
