Consulting BPM – Pega Senior System Architect (Tech Lead) – Sri Lanka

We are looking for a Pega Senior System Architect / Tech Lead to design and develop enterprise-level Pega applications and lead technical delivery for our BPM projects. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Pega development, integration, and team management, with a focus on building scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level Pega applications

Integrate Pega applications with various subsystems using REST, SOAP, and File/Email listeners

Manage technical teams, provide guidance, and report project status

Participate in Scrum ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Ensure completion of tasks on time and maintain high-quality deliverables

Support QA, deployment, and production environments

Key Requirements

Certified Pega Senior System Architect

4–8 years of Pega application development experience

Hands-on experience in Case Management, Decision & Declarative rules, Data Pages, SLAs

Knowledge of UI/UX and Portal development rules

Familiarity with Pega best practices and guardrail improvement techniques

Strong communication skills

Good to Have

Pega LSA (1st level) certification

Experience with CDH implementation, release management, or deployment

Pega application performance tuning, job schedulers, and queue processors

LDAP/SSO implementation experience

Knowledge of Pega Constellation

Nice to Have

Experience in Pega upgrades and migrations

Pega Deployment Manager or custom CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of reporting tools (BIX)

Specialization in Pega frameworks such as CLM-KYC, CPM, Smart Dispute
