Key Requirements:
· Educational Qualification: GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or above.
· Minimum one (1) year of experience in office administration or related work.
· Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office and email communication).
· Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
· Effective communication skills.
· Ability to work efficiently in a highly pressurized environment.
· Trustworthy, honest, and demonstrates integrity in all professional dealings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle all office documentation and computer-related tasks.
· Manage general stores/ purchasing activities/ procurement related to general administration.
· Process contractor payments and maintain staff-related documentation.
· Oversee general store operations, including timely ordering and issuing of stationery, sanitizing liquids, and other supplies while maintaining minimum stock levels.
· Assist in general maintenance office work by raising purchase orders, obtaining IOUs, and processing vendor payments.
· Documentation to the Maintenance Department as required.
· Maintain and organize all departmental documents and files in compliance with ISO standards and guidelines.
· Perform additional duties relevant to the role as assigned by management.
