Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Python-based applications
• Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Integrate APIs, troubleshoot JSON payloads, and manage system integrations
• Drive automation, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices
• Work closely with stakeholders and product teams to ensure successful project delivery
🔹 Key Requirements:
• 9+ years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python
• Strong experience working in Linux environments
• Expertise in SQL databases (Postgres, SQL Server, etc.)
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Strong understanding of Git, Bash/Zsh, and command-line tools
• Proven experience in technical leadership or architect-level roles
