Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying customer needs, managing client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in device sales and possess strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new accounts.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical advice and customer support.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate the end-to-end sales process.
Support the sales team by preparing quotations, managing documentation, and communicating relevant updates.
Ensure availability and adequacy of sales-related materials and equipment.
Process sales-related tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline to track opportunities and performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
Key Requirements
1–3 years of proven experience in a similar sales role.
Hands-on experience in selling devices is essential.
Ability to approach tasks creatively and innovatively.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Minimum qualification of GCE Advanced Level.
A degree or diploma in a related field will be an added advantage.
