Tech Lead - Salesforce

Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop software using the Salesforce Lightning Platform including Aura, LWC, Apex, and related client-side technologies
Design and develop scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce and enterprise development standards
Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications using Salesforce Integration Patterns
Manage source code, environments, deployments, and release processes
Perform testing, quality assurance, and defect resolution
Lead and manage a globally distributed engineering team (5+ members)
Conduct sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis, and reviews
Ensure adherence to stakeholder requirements, timelines, and budgets
Monitor application usage, problem tickets, and patterns to identify root causes and improve product quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery
🔹 Key Requirements
8+ years of experience developing custom applications using Aura, LWC, and Apex
Minimum 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform
Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (mandatory)
Proven experience leading engineering teams (5+ members)
Experience integrating Salesforce with backend systems and services
Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment best practices
Strong understanding of web services (SOAP, REST), security models, and integration patterns
Experience with middleware integrations (Spring Boot preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
