Roles & Responsibilities

 Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
     
  • Oversee facility management activities and ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
     
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and support services.
     
  • Handle office supplies, asset management, and inventory control.
     
  • Support employee administrative requirements and internal coordination.
     
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reports accurately.
     
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
     
  • Assist in handling roster schedules and shift coordination when required.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO administration and facility management.
     
  • Good knowledge of administrative procedures and office management systems.
     
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
     
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
     
  • Willingness to work onsite and on roster shifts (08:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
    Immediate availability is preferred.
