Support the design and administration of competitive compensation structures, salary bands, bonuses, and incentive programs aligned with market trends and business goals.
Conduct salary benchmarking and support salary reviews and negotiations, ensuring internal equity across the organization.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and statutory benefits, and serve as a point of contact for employee queries.
Ensure full compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and statutory requirements (Minimum Wage, EPF, ETF, Gratuity, etc.)
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and compliance.
Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely monthly salary processing.
Monitor regulatory changes, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Prepare compensation, benefits, and compliance reports and insights to support leadership decision-making.
Educate employees and managers on compensation, benefits, and company policies through clear communication and training.
Draft and issue employment-related documents (LOOs, LOAs, service letters, and more) with accuracy and compliance.
Handle employee disciplinary matters and support conflict resolution in collaboration with HR and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
3–4 years of overall HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits.
Prior experience in salary benchmarking would be an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Good communication skills in English language (Verbal / Written).
Good Computer Literacy (MS Office/ Google Sheets).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
Ability to handle complex situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
