Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Issuing of breakdown acknowledge receipts and maintain records.
• Conduct performance tests of the machines as per customer requirements.
• Collection and follow up debtors.
• Coordinate activities with customers to ensure timely repairs.
• Attend to workshop repair inquiries.
• Updating system data and maintaining related documentation.
• Involve in repair follow ups and inform customers.

Key Requirements

• A/L & NVQ level or any other related qualification based on ICT.
• Preferably candidates Permanently residing in Colombo area.
• Age below 25 years.
