Marketing Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, or campaigns as guided by the marketing team.

Coordinate customer communication related to marketing campaigns, offers, and follow-ups.

Monitor customer feedback and escalate relevant issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Support event coordination, promotions, and internal marketing initiatives.

Ensure all communications follow company branding and communication guidelines.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing coordination, customer support, or administrative roles (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of marketing concepts and customer relationship management.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

A positive attitude with attention to detail.
