Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical services team to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and installations.
• Ensure the technical services team meets key performance targets.
• Implement process improvements to enhance service operations.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the laboratory equipment industry.
• Strong expertise in fault diagnosis, repairs, and servicing of electronic instruments.
• Positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
