Support and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Field Service Management, ERP)
Configure systems, including updates and workflow changes
Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including access, roles, and permissions
Maintain organizational structures and reporting lines within the system
Customize system views and user interfaces based on business needs
Manage and resolve application support tickets
Investigate system issues and provide solutions
Coordinate with operations and technical teams for issue resolution and improvements
Maintain system and process documentation
Manage data accuracy, perform quality checks, and maintain Power BI dashboards
Maintain asset registers and coordinate with service providers
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (mandatory)
Experience in Power Automate and JavaScript (mandatory)
Experience in IT or application support roles
Knowledge of Dynamics CRM and Business Central
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT
Professional qualifications (CPA / ACCA / CIMA / CMA / AAT / CA) – added advantage
