Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections for electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Handle maintenance, breakdowns, and installations related to MEP and solar systems.
• Conduct monthly building health checks and maintain documentation.
• Carry out minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, and masonry.
• Source quotations and purchase hardware for small-scale repairs.
• Provide technical guidance on facility-related issues as needed.

Key Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent (NAITA / TVEC qualifications are also accepted).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP/building maintenance.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
