Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central
Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions
Support users with basic system training
Ensure data accuracy and maintain system integrity
Communicate with clients to understand their needs
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Key Requirements
Good understanding of accounting principles
Experience in an accounting or audit environment
Experience handling ERP-related support tickets is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a team
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is a plus
AAT fully qualified OR CIMA/ACCA/CA part qualified
Degree, Diploma, or HND in Accounting & Finance is preferred
